My first ever facial piercing and my first needle piercing! Rhiannon was so lovely, made me feel so comfortable and was happy with everything that was happening! They were reassuring, chatty and so friendly! Afterwards I was feeling a bit faint and Rhiannon fanned me, gave me sweets and was so patient no rush whatsoever! Would definitely recommend to anyone that asked

I got my septum pierced here today and I had a great experience.
This was my first piercing on my face (I've only had my lobes done before) and Rhi was very informative, friendly and calm which made me very comfortable.
The piercing itself was very quick but gentle, I felt very calm throughout the whole procedure despite being nervous at first.
Afterwards I bought some saline spray while I was paying for the piercing and later I got an email with very useful information and aftercare instructions.
I will definitely come back here for any future piercings.

Such a lovely, friendly atmosphere. I would definitely be returning if I need more piercings. If it’s your first piercing then I’d definitely recommend coming here, it was very quick and exactly how I wanted.
